Are your products vegan?
All of our products are 100% vegan. We do not perform or contract animal testing and also do not use new chemicals which were safety tested on animals.
How long will it take to get my order?
Handmade products take more time, but small businesses move faster than giant corporations. We keep a low backlog of orders so that we ship within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.
Our ship by dates are guaranteed. But, we do not guarantee a specific delivery date because once we hand your package over to the post office, it is up to them, and you, to make sure your package gets to you safely.
However, if your order hasn't arrived after 10 days from purchase or if you have another delivery issue, please contact us so we can help make things right.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Unfortunately, we do not export any of our products. As a sustainability-driven company, exporting works against our goal of reducing our carbon footprint. We believe that everyday items should be acquired as locally as possible to reduce the impact our daily lives have on the planet.
Can you ship using another carrier?
We are happy to use any carrier or account you prefer, but will need you to message us before you place your order so we can accommodate you, especially for rush delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled shortly after placement for a full refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please
message us within 24 hours to cancel your order for a full refund. If we have already shipped your order, shipping charges are not refundable.
How do I return my order?
Refunds are accepted with proof of purchase ONLY if initiated within 30 days after purchase.
Contact us right away to begin the returns process. After 30 days, no refunds are given. PLEASE WAIT for instructions and a RMA number from us before sending any product back or you may not be refunded the shipping cost of returning product to us. If more than half of the returned product has been used, only a partial refund will apply.

What can I use as a makeup palette?
A palette can be any dish or smooth surface you can easily wash, this includes most glass, glazed ceramic, and plastic containers and dishes. You can also repurpose all sorts of objects, like old compact discs or big jar lids.
For mineral makeups, we love tiny saucers, like those used for sushi sauces. The low lip keeps makeup in the dish and the round shape is perfect for big brushes.
For big projects or kids crafts with face paints, a good palette option is to layer large pieces of paper, (such as paper grocery bags laid flat). The paper will catch the mess and also serves as a palette. The paints can also be used as finger paints or water colors, too.
Are the face paints safe to use on eyes and lips?
All of the pigments we use in our paints are safe for use near the eye and on the lips. This is why you won't see some colors in our product lines.
Since our paints are water-activated, we recommend using lipsticks or
eye liner around the eyes and lips.
My paints are in a big chunk and look dried out!
Our paints are a concentrated formula that is very solid.
There is no water added! Our matte colors will be more solid that the softer, shimmer paints.
Use the provided scoop to get a little paint out of the pot and onto a palette. Then add as much or as little water as you prefer and begin applying.
